Terms and Conditions
The following terms are valid for all business transactions with ImanTechnologies (ImTech) company.
If specific written contracts are made between customers and ImTech, these are of importance and may supercede these general terms, where they differ.
ImTech is permitted to change these terms but signed written contracts will be determined according to the terms used at the time of contract signature.
References: ImTech reserves the right to use all/any websites, logos, animations, flash productions, graphics and all other possible products for the purpose of advertising.
Furthermore ImTech is authorised to use any/all positive customer statements, comments and feedback also for ImTech advertising purposes.
ImTech maintains (at all times) to be bound by the normal obligations of confidentiality and secrecy and agrees not to divulge any of the customer’s data, except those compulsory by law and only for the use of public authorities. We do not pass on or sell customer information.
